This is a note of thanks for your service. The boxes are just what I need and delivered to my door, quickly. This takes much of the hassle out of moving. No one wants to drive to a store, to buy over-priced boxes and then haul them back home... when there are so many other details to sort out for the move. Just wanted to thank you for the excellent moving materials. The packing paper is so much better than messing with newspaper and the boxes are sturdy and just the right size. Even the boxes the materials came in were used to pack odd shaped items!

Your site is certainly a great way to get all the packing materials for a move. I really like how you have the boxes packaged so that I don't have all these boxes laying around loose. Free shipping and delivery in a couple days is also a great benefit by ordering through you. The follow-up email telling me exactly when the boxes would arrive was a big help as well. Last but not least having a follow-up email from a Customer Relations person such as yourself making sure everything made it ok was super.

I really must say, in this day and age of all the "bad" things when people order things via the internet, and all you show them that it can be done with the professionalism that you would get if you were dealing with someone face to face. The young lady I spoke with yesterday had her computer problems and assured me that if I placed my order before 2 PM (EST) then it would ship that day. She is VERY GOOD and helpful.
