Miss California Sued by Pageant for $5200 Plastic Surgery Loan

California state pageant officials say they loaned dethroned Miss California Carrie Prejean $5200 for breast implant surgery and she hasn’t repaid them. The money for the surgery under an oral agreement with Prejean and they are asking for full payment as well as any profits from Prejean’s tell-all book due out next month.
